William's Story
I Had been in the airforce since graduation... Joined in July 1960 retired in 1983. I have since lived in Kingman AZ, mostly since then... I had a brief Hiatis with Beech Aero Space and Mc Donnell Douglas... then worked as an Airframe and powerplant mechanic at a couple of places... have just recently undergone bypass surgery (quadruple) so am enjoying partial retitement... I live in Kingman AZ for the moment, but am going to move to Hawaii probably by the end of the year...
I am excited about re-uniting with anyone who was at Grant Union at the time I was there...Graduating in 1960 I did have some friends who were in pre graduading status... I'd love to hear from them...

ADDITION: I now LIVE in Hawaii, on the "Big Island" (Yes, Virginia, there are more than one Hawaiian island)...LOL Actually eight main islands, but the Island of Hawaii (Big Island) has the largest land mass...AND the active volcano... I currently live about 20 miles from that volcano..and about 11 miles from it's last ocean entry, near Kalapana.
We have 3 acres in "Hawaiian Acres" subdivision, in the middle of the island's rain forest. We grow pineapple, bananas, papaya and coffee presently. Papaya are only 7 for $1.00 most of the time at the farmers market, so we really only grow them for the novelty.
