William's Story

Life Oliotiya.... Hello in Lugandan... 1 of the native languages of Uganda. I have been teaching for the last eight years. SCARY for those of you who really knew me..lol!!! I have a part time catering business and I teach cooking classes part time..and have been doing some freelance photography. For the last year I've working with certain charities and non-profit organizations that build schools in impoverished countries and give HIV/AIDS education. I now am in Uganda for the summer helping to create a classroom curriculum for a program called Reach Out which is a HIV/AIDS initiative. They offer free medicine, AIDS education, weekly food portions. business loans, children school funding, and really who the heck ever thought you would have to pay for education in public schools. Even worst is, if you have a family that can only send one child to school it would most likely be the boy. Leaving the girl with no education. Okay.. Okay... Enough downers... become very passionate in my matured aged.. okay kinda mature.LOL!!!. The truth is I have had a great life and like everyone my ups and downs and I've been able to pick myself back up and just be greatfull for what I have and where I'm heading.. I hope you all are having an fantastic life as well just don't forget.... Appreciate what you have.. Let those you love know it... Give thanks everyday and live everyday in the now.... Mistuh Will!!!
