William's Story
Most of you probably remember me by my nickname, Skip, but since the movie Braveheart, I don't hesitate to use my real name. After graduating from MHS, I attended UConn where I received my BA in '77 and MBA in '85. There I met the love of my life, Karen, who was attending graduate school at the time. We were married in '80 and have resided in Manchester, CT ever since where we have raised our 3 beautiful daughters. College. Erin, age 25, graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in architecture and is currently living the dream as a ski instructor at Squaw Valley in Lake Tahoe, CA. The youngest (Carrie, age 20) is currently a junior at George Washington University where she is an excellent student and aspiring photographer. I retired in 2011 after 32+ years as a human resource manager with the State of CT. Since then, I've split my time between Manchester and our other home in Wellfleet on Cape Cod. My interests include skiing (both alpine and backcountry), cycling, travel and golf.
