William's Story
For the past 15 years I have managed my own consulting firm, DPK Consulting, which specializes in developing legal systems around the world. I spend up to 50% of the time traveling to diverse locations in world, ranging from Palestine, the Republic of Georgia,
Pakistan, Chile, and Peru. For the past 8 years I have worked as mediator in enviromental conflicts on behalf of the World Bank.
I am married to Connee Shrawder for 40 years this August. We have two daughters, Marya and Hillary.

is married has a child. We enjoy our two grandchildren enormously.
We just returned from a three week trip to the Torres del Paine in extreme southern Chile. We lived in Chile for five years in the 1960's as Peace Corps volunteers and staff. Our daughter, Hillary married a Chilean, Oscar.
I continue to play competitive golf and maintain a index of 5, not bad for an old man.
We are members of the Baha'i Faith. I served for 22 years as member of the National Spiritual Assembly and retired last year.
