William's Story
After high school, I attended Utah State University studying Wildlife Management and Zoology. Got totally bored with school after two and a half years so I quit and enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. After my discharge I roamed the country for a while doing all sorts of jobs finally ending up back in Utah where I stayed until 1970 when I returned to New Jersey due to an illness in the family. ah where I spent the next thirty-three years with Salt Lake City International Airport, the last seven as Airport Electrical Superintendent. Along the way, I've been a tire shop foreman, a mechanic, a truck driver, a printer, a karate instructor, a rodeo cowboy, a gas station attendant, a photographer, and an artist. I married the cutest Filipina in the world and she blessed me with two beautiful daughters. Now in retirement, I spend my free time fly fishing for trout and making bamboo fly rods.
