William's Story
Life
After college and grad school I spent 10 years working in the Bronx as a counselor at the Horace Mann School. In 1985, while building a cabin on Beebe Lake in Hubbarton, Vermont I met a woman from Sweden (Lena) who was on vacation visiting friends. In 1986, I left my job, moved to Sweden...Expand for more
and we got married in the country outside of Stockholm. For the past 19 years we have lived in Brattleboro, Vermont with our two children. Our son, Kalle was born in 1991 and our daughter, Linnea was born in 1995. We spend the summers in Sweden and the winters nordic ski racing in New England.
