William's Story
Life
Well let's see. From 87-90 (6 semesters)I attended Eastfield hoping to get a good break into a 4 year. 90-91 Entered Stephen F. Austin University with Jerry Tadlock. Lasted a whole year - I was SOOOO not ready for college (as much as I wanted to be). 91-95 went into the Navy and studied Meteorology and Oceanography (Aerographers Mate). Married in 92 divorced in 95 (no kids). Got out of the Navy in 95 and went back to college at OU. Studied music composition and finished with a Bachelors in 2000. During...Expand for more
that period I met back up with Rob Orsburne and Eric Butters and we have been close ever since. Moved back to Dallas in late 2000 and took a job at TXU in 2001 thanks to Butters. Been working in the energy industry in IT as a consultant ever since. I love every minute of it. Bought a house in Forney, TX in 2003 then met my wife in 2004. We had Abigail Evelyn in March 2005. An now here we are. Old friends are still friends, beautiful daughter and an amazing wife. Not sure what I did right but I'm glad I did.
