William's Story
William's schools include Washington High School. From high school, I went into the service (U.S. Army) where I served almost 4 years in the Army Reserves and from there, I went active duty for another 3+ years. While in, my specialties were Small Arms Repair and Instructor, Artillery Repair, Tank Turret Repair and Fire Control Repair. I later attended Kirkwood Community College, in Cedar Rapids, Ia. where I graduated from Architectural Drafting. I went on to get my AAS in Architectural Drafting and a AA in Teaching. From there, I went to the University of Northern Iowa where I worked on a BA in teaching. However before I graduated, I was feeling burned out so, I took a job Bob Rath's Home builders designing Homes. th the Government and ended up at the Rock Island Arsenal where I was an Equipment Specialist, Logistics Management Specialist and a Supply Technician. When I took an early out from the Government, I went to school at Hamilton Technical College in Des Moines, Ia where I got my AAS in Computer Aided Design. I graduated Sumi Cum Laudi. When I moved to Missouri, I decided to go back to school at the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, Mo. where I got my BSE in Tech Ed. with a minor in Graphic Arts . Now. I substitute teach in and around the Kirksville, Mo. area. Else, I take care of my mother I do have my own place in Goldsberry, Mo. that has a population of 3 when I am there Just an acreage but once was 6 city lots according to a history book I read on the old town. I also am a deacon at my local church. I guess that is about it for my life's history.
