Life At present I am very ivolved with a Southern Gospel Quartet group, Legacy Five, and have sponsored their conert in Portage, In for the last four years, the last concert had an attendance of over 840 people. I have gone on four Christian cruises, the first to the Bahamas on the Singing at Sea cruise, the last three were on the In touch Alaska cruise with Dr. Charles Stanley. I am still working as secretary for the Portage Indiana Fire Dept. where I have been for 21 years, since my husband Larry died in 1984. I have 9 grandchildresn and 10 great grand great grand childres. I am church organist at the First Baptist Church in Portage. I am very busy and very content with my life as it is now. It is now 2008 and I am still working full time, I had a great surprise 80th birthday party on July 8, my actual birthday. I am still sponsoring Legacy Five concerts but now I'm doing two a year, one on april 5 this year and one on September 27. I am now attending First Baptist cChurch of Hobart, In and am also playing the organ part time. My three kids, Linda, now lives with me, Gary, who lives in a suburb of Grand Rapids, Mi, has two children, Paul who is an assistant pastor in remus, Mi and Tami, who works for Verizon in Grand Rapids.
