You know, I originally signed up at the recruiter station for that extra college money. Heh, who would've thought things would start to get out of hand with terrorism heating up (USS Cole, WTC). Once I'm done with my enlistment in 2006 (or so, depends on the Department of the Army), I'm going to use that GI Bill towards my MBA and tinker around with my own start-up business.

owboy ensemble. That stuff doesn't really fly in NJ. I stayed in South Korea for an entire year, and that was a blast. Plus how could I pass up the opportunity to fire all sorts of weapons and ride/drive in all kinds of vehicles and aircraft?
Military
The biggest part of the Army's transformation that sticks out in my mind is retired Gen Erik K. Shinseki's idea to give us all berets. Especially the fact that he gave the regular army black berets, which were originally reserved for the rangers. Hah, that was a mess.
