Life
Ok guys, it's my 21st birthday today. Two days ago I had a party with mroe than 100 attendees, including my college professors. In three days my Master's thesis is due and I have it about 60% finished. So I better get down to work!
But basically, sooner than later, I will get an M.A. in Economics (I hope this June).
I came to SC from Ukriane at the age of 16 and graduated from AJ. I was known as Julie there, the Ukrainian exchange student. Then I went to Winthrop University (Rock Hill, SC), from where I happily transferred to Hunter College in New York City. Right now I live in Spanish Harlem with my two roommates from Venezuela. I am hoping to go to Israeli army - basic training - this summer.

I think I was the only one in AJ, or the only one who attended First Priority and Beaver Creak Presbyterian Church (any synagogues in the area?)
I am a lifeguard in the Hunter pool. it's fun to sit there during long shifts and think about an opportunity to save people's lives.
After the basic training in Israel, I am going to the Olympics in Athens to volunteer as a water safety instructor for kayak and sailing competition.

By the way, the Life Profile is the stupidest questionnaire I have ever filled out. It is so narrowed down and disrespectful to the minorities. Did I mention that I hated the Life Profile?
