Yvette (Becky)'s Story
Life
Many of you knew me as Becky Rodriguez, almost nobody called me Yvette in school. During our senior year, I lived with my boyfriend (Victor) in West Covina and commuted back to SF, some of you might remember all of that. We married two weeks after high school and had our first son "Victor" 9 months later. We had our second child "Keith" a year and a half after Victor. Keith's life with us was short lived and we lost him at 6 & 1/2 months old. Because of this, our marriage didn't last.
I spent the next 8 years pretty much single, trying to turn a young son into a fine man.
I have been married for the last 7 years to my wonderful husband, Phil. We live in SFS and Victor became Santa Fe alumni June, 2007. WHOO HOO, GO CHIEFS!!!

great friends in high school and what stands out the most for me is that I remember making so many friends from such different spectrums. When I travel back down memory lane, there are so many different paths to take and each and every one of them has a great story. Yes, there were a few with not such great memories, but it's those that make us stronger. It's sad that you can lose touch with friends you'd think you would have forever.
Unfortunately, I didn't keep in contact with a whole lot of people from school. I regret not having gone to our 10 year reunion and I am so looking forward to our 20 year and plan on being there! I hope to hear back from some of you before then so that we can re-connect with each other.
