Yvonne's Story
I was so glad to be finished with high school. Decided to pursue a career in Chemical Technology so went to Sait for two years. Found a great job at U of C in their Chemical Engineering Dept where I met my future husband. Rick eventually left Calgary to finish his geology degree at UBC. tually landed a 14 year job at UBC in their geology dept preparing rocks for analysis. Rick and I got married in '92. I eventually needed a career change so went back to Sait for a year in their Professional Cooking program while Rick was working in Vancouver. I'm now self-employed as a Personal Chef cooking in peoples homes. We bought ourselves a home and although never had children have two cats for company.
