Yvonne's Story
I actually graduated from Thompson Valley High School in Loveland, CO in May of 1980. I was placed in a temp. group home in Dec. 1976, and a permanent one in Feb. 1977. A year later I married and moved to Loveland where I lived for 22 year until I was divorced. I have been living in Fort Collins ever since.
My husband and I have a daughter who was born Oct. 1979, during my senior year. She has graced us with 4 grandchildren, a boy born Aug. 1998, a girl born May, 2000, a boy born Jan. 2010 and a girl born June, 2011..

back-load, test and repair pc boards. At the HP-Fort Collins plant I was designated trainee to establish a surface-mount shop, then resident SMT soldering expert, to train/certify production employees and assisted engineers with new product proto-types and revisions. Training and experience earned me the title "Electronic Technician w/o the degree", but I loved that position. I led a team to create documents for all production processes to conform to ISO 9000 certification standards. I also did a short stint at HP-LVD photo lab. In order to stay with HP, I transferred to the IC wafer division and tested fab wafers and IC packages. My career with HP ended in Nov. 2000.
