Adam's Story
Life
I'm currently living in Calgary and having a great time as a partner in a small music production company. My job involves working with bands and developing them, merchandising, promotion, recording, and other technical aspects. Basically, if you've got a decent band, I turn it into an amazing band. I own a small project studio and work with a lot of really talented people in the industry.
On weekends and for special events, I still volunteer as a lighting designer/technician at my local church and work paid gigs in related areas. I've worked on shows ranging from local theatre to major music awards shows to business luncheons to even staging for former U.S. President Bill Clinton.

thing I appreciate most about my life is the fact that I'm my own boss - any time that I'm working for others, it's as a contractor. I can say yes or no, any time I want. The downside is that I have to push aggressively for the work I do get, because the music industry is as cutthroat as they come. I use my free time to work with my own band(s), play video games, go cycling, or visit with friends from around the block and around the globe.
I'm grateful for everything that God has provided me with, especially my good friends and associates. I'm learning every day that I need to stretch my God given talents to the max, and to never be satisfied with less then learning something amazing that day.
