Life
So after going to Howard University for two years and unable to cover costs by working as an intern at Channel 32 in Washington, D.C. I returned to NY and worked as a temp for an insurance company "the Rock" before working one month as a Citibank Temp in HR as a clerk before being hired... 11 years later I worked my way up from clerk, receptionist, Admin, Executive Admin, Officer (no-title), Assistant Manager, Manager, Assist Vice President, and now Vice President since Oct 2005. g this time I went to school part-time at BMCC for a couple of terms until I transfered with 90 credits (Howard U., York College and BMCC) into Baruch College. Graduated from Baruch with a BA in 2000 with 3.45 and an excellence award in Sociology/Anthropology. I had a son in 1998...And have been a single parent ever since...But I have mentored young women and other single parents, help people obtain first time home buyer grants, etc. And I just recently bought my first place in NJ....Afga
