Alan's Story
I was hired at WellchAllyn on June 10th 1987. On November 10th 1995 I had my first child. I named him Michael Alan Hosford. Michael was a very happy baby but was a very sick baby. On July 30th 2000 I had second child. I named her Skylar Anne Hosford. Skylar is my little princess. I continued to work a lot of hours at WelchAllyn and became the person that was responsible to make sure all the equipment was FDA compliant.
Michael, Skylar and I had a seasonal camp site at Cheerful Valley in 2006 & 2007 and made some great friends. In 2008 we decided to move up to Sodus Bay at Lake Bluff campground. Again we met some great friends that have become like family. I am starting my life over as a single father that wants to still show his children that he loves them with all his heart and that showing love and having a loving family is the right way to live. I also have continued to work on my career and only see promising years ahead for me. As for my children, family and all my very close friends that I have had over the years and all the new ones I have recieved in the last few months, I only have one thing to say to you. Thank you for all your love and support, and yes I only see great years ahead with you all. I'm truely a very lucky man to have you all in my life and thank you so much for all your love and support, and showing Michael and Skylar that their father is right. That they are the best thing that came into my life. Daddy will always be the one that protects you and shows you that a loving family is the best feeling in the world. OK Babies now it's time to start being happy again and let the party begin.
