Alan's Story
Life
I moved from NY in 1987 to Ft. Lauderdale. Spent two years down there and then moved to Los Angeles where I have resided since. I have a dog and a cat. I have been teaching special education for the past 20 years - 2 years middle school, 10 years high school, and 8 years elementary. Other gigs included bartending (not much different from teaching special ed) and manager at Tower Records and later at Brentano B...Expand for more
ooks. Special needs kids are easier and more enjoyable than working retail.
My greatest joys are my partner of 7 years, our home in the Hollywood Hills, our animals, listening to music (any Deadheads out there?) and staying in touch with my friends (Bennet and Ellen...I'm talking about you). I am looking forward to hearing from more people from the good old days at Cardozo. Now you all know where to find me.....
