Alan's Story
Life
Have been living in the Birmingham, Alabama area as a Chiropractor since 1986. Can't believe that I have lived here so long. Since leaving Montclair I have lived in several states in between coming to Birmingham. Was in personnel management for almost 13 years prior to going back to school to become a Chiropractor. Currently, living the single life. Have been divorced over 12 years. Unfortunately, no kids to take care of me as I grow old. Get back to the Shore about every other year to visit my sister. fered a major heart attack. Fortunately, I was in the back of the ambulance when the first one hit. They had to use the "jumper cables" to bring me back. A stent was put in the clogged artery and then that night I apparently tried to check out again because they had to use the "jumper cables" three times that time. I apparently took on a bad set of genes from my parents. Now a total of six stents in me. I now look at life a little differently and thank God I am still around to talk about it. July 2005 sold my Chiropractic practice and now teach human sciences at a few local colleges and cover fellow Chiropractors offices part-time.
