Life
In 1999 I published a Cookbook "Pasta For One - or More"
In 2003 I started Selling Hand Painted Christmas Cards. and gave to the School Reunion a Watercolour Painting of the School.
In April 2004, first Music CD " The First Day Waltz" a combining of the arts. Of the 14 songs I wrote or co-wrote most of the music, and the words to 10. The vocals, guitar, fiddle, mandolin, tenor banjo, and keyboard are me playing. I also did the production at home, and the picture on the CD is one of my watercolour paintings. ght of the Fiddler on the Roof production my wife hemmoraged and the resulting diagnosis took 10 weeks it was cancer and the entire story can be found in the book "The Fight of Her Life" at Trafford Publishing an on-line publishing company. She is doing well now after surgery and chemo but our lives will never be the same.
School
Kris mentioned at the 30th School Reunion that I "never did anything creative" while in school and she was correct. If I could do it again I would at least take the music out of the back yard and get involved with the others in our school. As for the painting of the school I didn't even start that until the first time I retired.
