Alison's Story
Life
I have two kids- a boy and a girl who are amazing and wonderful and are in a charter school downtown Portland. My ex is a good involved father, but not husband material.
I've travelled some in Europe and South America and am hoping to do a lot more- this time with my kids.
I've had a broad assortment of jobs from working at a ski-resort, doing stocking surveys for the forest service, tour boat driver on Crater Lake, to being a cashier for ...Expand for more
a local Health food store.
I'm currently illustrating a book (it's a baby book for adopted kids- if that makes any sense) with two other people (a writer and a designer), as well as illustrating some kids poetry for another friend. I'm a freelance graphic designer/ illustrator/ fine artist. I'm going to go back to school this winter for a four-year degree in fine art and then plan to continue to get my teacher's certificate (it's in the blood...).
