Alyson's Story
My husband's name is Mike. He's from Seattle. We met here in Phoenix in 97', were married in 2000.. We have 2 great boys, Jason (8/2003) and Cooper (1/2006). I will most likely will go back to work when Coop starts kindergarten. Until then, I'm having fun staying at home with them. I'd like to eventually move back to the east coast, preferably somewhere south of VA and north of FL. Since graduating from high school on Long Island, I completed my undergrad in Business Management while at The University of Tampa. I loved going to school in Tampa- one of the best and most fun cities in the south (imho). Great Cuban culture mixed with that southern hospitality and charm. in their downtown Tampa location. I was relocated from the Florida division to Denver where I spent another 2 yrs working for ARM. I had fun in Denver but still missed Tampa. I was offered another relocation to the company's Livonia, MI office, but turned it down. I took my severance and relocated to Phoenix to be closer to my sister, Ashley & to give desert dwelling a go. I'm still scratching my head and thinking, "what was I thinking?". I met my husband Mike a year after moving down here in 1996 and we've been here ever since. I like aspects of Phoenix and Arizona, but as I previously mentioned, I hope I can get back to the east coast after my boys finish high school.
