Amanda's Story
Hi there!
In the past 21 years since graduation (yes, it's been that long), I've gone on to complete college and taking the usual path after that of geting a job, buying a house, etc. In addition, I have also recently completed my graduate degree. But best of all, I became a Mom in 2007.
After high school, I bounced around at different colleges for a little while. First, I attended Drexel and found that my mathematical skills were more of a business nature rather than a mechanical nature. college, Chestnut Hill College, I decided that accounting was my thing. I now have my masters degree, as I finally finished my MBA at Rutgers University in the Spring of 2004, after seven long years.
I live at the New Jersey Shore, about 2-3 miles from the ocean, with my husband Jim and son Jay. Hopefully, we'll have at least one more baby. On weekend mornings I like to run on the boardwalk, where I sometimes see dolphins swimming along the coast. You can't beat living near the ocean and having a 5 minute commute to work. But that may change within the next couple of years, as my job is moving to Maryland and probably me with it.
