Amy's Story
Life
I graduated from Frontier High School in 1985 and Purdue University in 1990 and am looking to reconnect with old friends! I married Brice Hayes in July 2008 and re-located to north of Fort Wayne, IN. I have no children of my own, but have a wonderful stepdaughter, Kelsie who is 16.
I am currently working as a registered nurse in the wellness industry for a company called Clinical Solutions, LLC. We travel to many different company work-sites in and around the Indianapolis area and perform health screenings (cholesterol and blood glucose check, height, weight, and blood pressure) on their company's employees and then counsel them on their results. The goal is to promote health and wellness by emphasizing the importance of good nutrition, regular exercise, and appropriate...Expand for more
disease management (helping a person with diabetes or heart disease better manage their condition), therefore helping to reduce health care costs and additional medical claims. Losing my father to heart disease at the age of 37 has given me a real passion to make an impact in the health promotion field of nursing! :)
I am an avid runner and hope to get involved soon in teaching aerobic classes again. I love animals, and currently have an adorable toy rat terrier who is so loving and playful....and he runs with me!
