Amy's Story
Life

inor - she ultimately wants to go into sports marketing - with the Yankees, preferably!
No grandkids yet!
We farm corn, beans, and have lots of cattle, chickens, and dogs. Steve also works as a CPA in town. I am a Registered Dietitian and an Extension Educator for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension in Polk County and work in the area of health, wellness, nutrition, 4-H youth and development. Currently, I also serve as Central Region Director for the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences and am the Nebraska State Fair 4-H Foods Superintendent.
We end up at a lot of school activities - between softball, football, basketball and wrestling, I have turned into a Sports Mom.
