Amy's Story
Life
I am a 2nd grade teacher at Mill Creek West Elementary in Amo (Cascade schools), just west of Plainfield. I have been teaching at Mill Creek West since August 1993. I was married in December 1992. My husband, Tony, and I have 2 children, Abigail and Alexander (twins), born July 19, 1999. We recently built a new home in Coatesville. I am only 5 minutes from work! I graduated from IUPUI in 1991 with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. I am working on my Masters Degree in Elementary Education at the University of Indianapolis. I am a certified Mentor Teacher and serve as Co-President for my local Teachers' Association.
