Life
myspace dot com / amyd514 But get rid of spaces, this site doesn't allow URLs. My life in a nutshell; went to CSB, went on-air with Coco Brother one night and almost passed out from excitement (haha!), and now doing voice over work and audio production, and looking into an on-air job.
Now the detailed stuff...I actually hated LHS so much I left and graduated from somewhere else, but whatever...I graduated from the Connecticut School Of Broadcasting early March of 2005. The Monday after graduation, I started doing audio production for the Gene and Julie morning show on 94.9 Lite FM. After Gene and Julie moved their show to Texas, I started working for Ellen Martin and J.J. Foxx, and also the production department. Radio is my passion, I love it. It's amazing to work doing something so much fun and so easy. I've also been doing some voice over work, and am trying to work out a contract with a company right now to voice a series of audiobooks. goal is to end up in an on-air position. I live in Norcross with my boyfriend of 3 years, Jason, with our kittens and puppy. I've become a diehard Atlanta Thrashers fan. There are a couple of people from this school I really miss, so feel free to e-mail me!
College
Graduated from broadcasting school March 2005. BEST experience of my life. Absolutely amazing and I was really sad when it all came to an end. My classmates were awesome, that was probably the best group of people I have ever known. And the experiences I got from CSB...WOW.
Workplace
Working in radio rocks! Doing audio production for 94.9 Lite FM and the Randy and Spiff Morning Show on Cool 105.7. Was on-air with Coco Brother for a few hours at Hot 107.9. (Very interesting since I know NOTHING about hip-hop...) Sending out my aircheck (radio demo) to stations all over the country this weekend, looking for on-air position. (I love what I do now, but being on-air is my ultimate goal.)
