Amy's Story

Life Hey Guys, How's it going? It's been a long time. Update, I'm married and we have a baby boy on the way. He is due June 11, 2007. Our son's name will be Martin Scott Foerster. We are so excited. I do have to tell you how we came to find out I was pregnant. My husband was going skydiving with one of his friends. I told him if he was going then I was going too. In the mean time, my mother in law was praying that I would be pregnant so we couldn't go skydiving. Needless to say, we found 2 days after we went skydiving that I was pregnant. Well, the baby already went skydiving. Maybe he wont go when he is older. We had so much fun. Anyway, need to tell ya'll that we have moved again. Yes we are no longer living in Panama City Beach, FL. Now we live in Mobile, AL. I'm plannning on being a stay at home mom when little Martin in born. My husband works for Morgan Stanley Investments. We are planning on buying a house in the next year or so. I would have to say my life is perfect. I can't complain. We have been traveling a lot in the past few years and we don't plan on slowing down anytime soon. Our next big trip will be to Monticello, Yorktown, and Williamsburg, Virginia. We will be going in February of 2007. Well, that's it for now. Hope to hear from some of you. School This is always an interesting subject. Well, my biggest crushes were Justin and Chris. Obviously I have gotten over them...LOL!!! Well, the the funniest moment...I don't know. There are too many to count and can't just pick one. Happiest moment was when I actually graduated. Teacher that inspired me, I would have to say Mr. White. ...Expand for more
You can also include Gunny and Commander. If I could go back and change anything, I don't think I would change a thing. I learned many valuable lessons. So, I wouldn't change a thing. College I started my college life in Rancho Cucamonga CA. Where I attended Chaffey College. I was doing very well, actually better than when I was in high school. However, events happened and I had decided to move back to TX. Now I attend North Central Texas College in Corinth. I feel like I'm on the 20 year plan. I lost the majority of my credits when I moved back home. Several of them were not transferable. So I'm starting over again. I'm not able to go to school full time but I take at least two classes a semester. It's taking a little longer than expected, but I will finish eventaully. Just taking it slow now. Workplace Where should I start. I started working at Golden Coral with Randy Farris and Ryan Clevenger. Then I went to working for Eckerds Drug store across from the high school. Then worked a few years in retail. The most interesting one was working for Motherhood Maternity. I started working for the company in CA and transfered back to TX. Oh so much fun let me tell you. I really did love working there. Too many teenagers though. Then I went to work in the hotel industry and started at Best Western Dallas North in Farmers Branch. Now I have ended up at the Hilton DFW Hotel in Grapevine TX. I love working there and wouldn't change it for the world. I have worked there for about four years. I plan on moving up in the hotel industry. I have to admit though, I still would love to work with children again.
