Andrea's Story
Dear Classmates,
Greetings! I know most of you remember me as a head banger and as you might also remember high school was not my thing. I thought school had too many rules, home was rough and work seemed like a better deal. Wound up out here after a few bumps and bruises, married a nice guy - we have three girls. Once the girls started coming I started thinking about school again. Got my GED in 1990. Then went back to school for a bachelor's degree. Worked at it forever and finally finished that in 2006....Expand for more
Decided one degree wasn't enough and went for a Master's in Public Administration. Finished that this year! Whoohoo! Now believe it or not I spend a lot of time in a high school. I'm a school librarian. Heh,heh...
The girls are grown, I have a Master's degree and the world is my oyster. :) I've missed some of you, so I joined classmates and made a facebook page to keep in touch. Sometime when I'm out in KC visiting relatives or going to a Royals game I hope to run into one of you.
