Andrea's Story
Life
As of 10/07, I've been married 12 years to my husband Tom. We have three daughters, 8,6, and 4. Our family is my highest priority.
As far as work is concerned, I've had a pretty varied life. Right now I am working in a high school as a one-on-one aide to a disabled student, teaching Latin to homeschoolers, and tutoring. I volunteer as La Leche League leader and as a substitute CCD teacher. I taught in a Ca...Expand for more
tholic school for 2 years, and I had been a stay-at-home mom for about 7 years. Before that I was a social worker and a PhD candidate in social work at The Catholic U. of America. I left CUA b/c of academic politics and the difficulty of balancing school and mothering. I am currently working on becoming a fully certified teacher of Psychology, Social Studies, and Latin. My goal is to teach in a high school.
