Andrea's Story
Life
After graduating from UCONN in '92 with a BA in Sociology, I went to work as a counselor in a group home for the developmentally disabled in Mamaroneck, NY. I spent 6 years in the mental health field before deciding that it wasn't fulfilling anymore. I married Bill Shick(NLHS class of '87) in 1994 and have had a wonderful marriage! Before we had our twins in 2001, we ran a Cumberland Farms together in Essex, CT. Our childrens' names are Christina and Adam and they are 2 minutes apart (she being the "older" twin). I had our third child, a son named Benj...Expand for more
amin(Ben) in September 2006. I am now a stay-at-home mom, keeping the house running and waiting for my paramedic husband to finish his shift! LOL
Update: I now live in Holiday, Florida. Bill and I have been together 23 years and will be celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary in September 2013. Our twins just turned 12 and are in gifted and advanced classes and we have a 6 year old who will be 7 this September and he is smart as a whip, as well. We love our life down here in the Sunshine State!! The skies are beautiful and best of all, there is no snow!! LOL :)
