Andrew (Drew)'s Story
Life
I left Regina right after graduation, to attend the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg. After 3 years in Arts and Science, I dropped out, in favour of a career in the brokerage industry. That continued for about 8 years, with Richardson Greenshields and later the U.S. firm of Morgan Stanley.
I had a mid-life crisis (a REAL early one!) and went back to university in '95, FINALLY graduated in '97 with a degree in Economics. Started an MBA, but found the part-time program too difficult to balance with work and home life.
I've been with Investors Group since '97, our head office is here in Winnipeg. I've worked in a couple of areas in the company (not in sales, though), currently I manage the strategic deve...Expand for more

I met my first wife Stacy (now ex-wife) in Winnipeg in '83, we married in '85, and separated in '93. We had a good decade together. We have 2 awesome daughters, Jasmine is turning 13, Zoë is 11. We co-parent the girls, sharing our time with them equally.
I've been engaged since last summer, I met my wonderful fiancee Kamila in Montreal. She just completed a Masters degree at York University in Toronto, and after a LONG long-distance relationship, she's finally moving to Winnipeg in a few weeks. We're planning to be married next summer!
The last 20 years have been WAY COOL, to say the least! Hope to see everyone at the 2003 Reunion!
