Angela's Story
Life
On April 1,1999 I gave my son Ras to the world. At 20 years old I purchased my first home. I currently work for an agency for the mentally, physically, emotionally, and behaviorally disabled as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Support Group Leader. Currently, I also attend the local college. I hold a degree as a Human Services Technician: Concentration on Substance Abuse, and in Visual Arts. graduate from Frostburg State University with a degree in Liberal Studies: Focus on Psychology and Business in the spring. I hope to transfer to Salisbury State University in the fall to get my Masters Degree in Social Work. My goal is to become a Services Coordinator to help individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential and realize their dreams. I am also an advocate for the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness and will probably be helping to host some forums in DC in the near future.
