Angela's Story
Life
I moved to Nebraska right after graduation, and met my husband a month later. He was in the Navy 21 years and we lived in Idaho,Connecticut,upstate New York, and San Diego. We retired to Texas, where I am from originally. We have a son, and a daughter, a granddaughter, and a grandson. My husband Alan and I are still sweethearts and love living in Texas. He taught training for a construction company and we have lived in Oklahoma, North Carolina, and Georgia, temporarily. We were in Louisiana for 10 months, helping FEMA with hurricane relief. California for about 8 months. We then went to Vicksburg Mississippi which was very nice, and then we went to Homestead, Florida for 9 months. Love the Keys! Then Columbia, South Carolina. Now we are in Russellville, Arkansas. So far we have loved every area we have been sent to. Not a bad job.Up date, We are currently in Georgia, still working at nuclear plants. We live in an RV, which is great for moving every year or so. We miss Texas and we miss our family. I stayed home to raise the children, and love crafts, making jewelry, watercolor painting, growing flowers and watching birds, butterflies, and hummingbirds, and most of all, my grandchildren.
