My mission is to show others that they too can experience the inner peace that I have found through the balancing of chakra energy and yoga excersize. There is so much that we can learn from eachother and so many connections that we can make...lets make em!
In stepping out of the almost 500 pound body that I had used for so lo9ng to keep people away from me, I have learned many things about myself and what it means to heal. I would love nothing more than to share that with you.
