Angie's Story
Life
I currently reside in Gilbert,AZ with my husband Joe and our kids, Yukon, a siberian husky, Snickers, our rottie, and our cat, Lucky. I have been employed with the Gilbert Police Department for 4 years and am really enjoying the work. Since graduating back in 87, I attended SIU on a softball scholarship, got a Bachelors degree and was invited to the US Olympic Softball trials back in 1994 and am still active in the game. Workplace
I've been working with the Town of Gilbert as a telecommunicator for the police dept. for the lasat 3 1/2 years and was recently promoted to Shift Supervisor. Dispatching is fun and quite interesting. I think I've finally found my niche in the workplace. The officers are great to work with and while the job can be very stressfull, it is also very fun and rewarding.
