Anita's Story
After BHS l, I went to San Jose State, then to Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. After passing the bar, I moved back to Bakersfield, and became a Deputy Public Defender. Shortly thereafter, I married, had two children, and divorced. (After 4 years).
I lived in Bakersfiled, until 2001,when I moved with my two daughters to Ventura, Califor...Expand for more
nia. I have remained a Deputy Public Defender, and also chose not to marry again.
BHS was a blast and I will cherish every memory and friend I had when I was there.
San Jose State was even more memorable as I made life long friends.
Hastings Lsw School was extremely difficult, but living in San Franciso was amazing and I wish I had stayed there.
