Ann's Story
After high school, I had a few months break, then took a full time job in insurance. I stayed for ten and a half years before moving on to the financial world. After 25 years, I was made redundant and spent about a year figuring out what I wanted to do with my life. One full time job was a total mistake, so I moved on to a couple of part time things. One of them lasted up to retirement time and although I had not planned it, the situation became unpleasant and I quit, expecting to find something else. But after two plus years, I have pretty much decided that unless something falls in my lap, I am out of the work force.

ront, I waited a few years and then started night school. Most of the work was at Loyola college where I eventually earned a degree in History and another in Accounting. I got my CPA but never really wanted to work at that, but it looked good on the resume - or CV as it is now.
I never married or even seriously considered it, but I have my babies, my dogs: presently two retired racing greyhounds and an English lab [chocolate]. We are active with Pets and Wheels and go visiting at various retirement communities and care facilities each week.
My job put me into computers fairly early and I have been an internet baby for well over a decade.
