Ann's Story
Life
I live in Greenville Mississippi. I have been Married for 26yrs, and have 2 children ,son 24 and daughter 20. We have a dumptruck business that keeps us pretty busy.I am also in the shaved ice business,(sno balls) I have a stand and a truck that keeps me real busy in the hot mississippi summer months. My daughter kelley and I work them together, and it has really brought us close.She is my best friend.She is going to college to become a RN.
Our favorite past time is dirttrack racing.We ran the track for many years now we just go racing and I really enjoy it. My husband, son and new son-in-law race, me and kelley sell snowballs and boiled peanuts at the track..we haven't had a chance to watch many r...Expand for more
aces this year. It has to be one of the hardest job I have ever had, but it is the most enjoyable job you can also ever have.Theres something about the smiles on childrens faces that makes you feel good and also a 90% markup aint so bad either. I use to go in neighborhoods with the truck but I would end up giving away snowballs to the kids that couldn't afford to buy one.You cant make any money like that.Now with the price of fuel we just go to businesses, ymca, factories ,racetrack and festivals.
Life has been good to me since I left NY. I work hard,love my family,and like my life. I havent been to ny in 20 years, maybe one of these years I'll come see if I've missed anything, right now I dont think so.
