Anna's Story
Life
I have been married for the past 34 years to Jim Hill. We met at Baylor university. We both are educators . He is a Junior high band director and I have done everything at the elementary level. I am currently teaching art at Lakewood elem. school in Tomball TX. My oldest child passed away in 1993 from brain cancer at the age of 11. So my life has not been the same. I sort of have just gone through the motions of living. I have a beautiful 6 ft tall. blonde haired 26 year old daughter who followed in her Dad;s footsteps and is a beginning band director in Aldine TX. School
I went to USC in Pueblo my first year and transferred to Baylor University for the next three getting an elementary and music education degrees. I taught 1st grade in Wichita Falls Texas, then 3rd in Richardson Texas. We moved to Fargo N.D where I taught 1st grade. Moved to Killeen Texas and I taught 1st then to Tomball Tx where I have taught 1st, 3rd was the Gifted and Talented instructor and now art . No I have never and will never teach music. I still play the harp and piano.
