Anne's Story
Life
As you can see from my personal profile, I have attended various schools (token child of divorce). Wherever I went, I always managed to make some good childhood friends. I still enjoy many of those friendships today! I've spent most of my life out west: southern California, and Las Vegas, Nevada. After high school, I attended college for about 2 years. I met my husband 22 years ago (married in 1992). He was in the Air Force. We had an adventurous military life living abroad and traveling the globe. We spent the first 5 years living in Amsterdam, Holland, and Adana, Turkey. In 1997, we moved back to the states and enjoyed an assignment outside of San Francisco, California. it was time to go again, so we were transferred to Shaw AFB in Sumter, South Carolina. In June 2004 we moved to Tullahoma, Tennessee, an aeronautical testing base. August 2008, my husband accepted a position teaching Air Force ROTC at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). Glad to be back here. My husband just (June 2011) retired from the military after 24 years of service. We want to move back to Tennessee...Nashville preferably. Looks like we will be hanging out in Nevada for awhile until the economy picks up. We have 2 beautiful boys: Mitchell, 10, and Adam, 3. I love being a mom. I also work part-time in sales.
I guess I've gotten a bit nostalgic in my "old" age. I would love to hear from old friends.
