Anne's Story
Okay.
After PRHS, I went to college (SUNY at Stony Brook) on Long Island. I graduated with an Art major but no job prospects so I went to work for the Federal government(auditor at the IRS).
After a few years, I got tired of having to let slide the people who knew what to say (or had accountants who knew what to say)so I moved to DC and worked at the IRS national office as a computer analyst.

few more years and I moved over to the FDIC (the bank insurance people) where I finished my career.
A couple of years ago, the FDIC offered their employees an early retirement and I took it. I sold my house in Virginia and moved to Asheville, NC which was cheaper, better weather, and more in keeping with my casual nature.
So here I sit, fairly happy, fairly secure, and taking life as it comes.
