Anthony's Story
I went to SFA from 1958-66 and then to Gordon Tech. Received a Ph.D. in Geography from Northwestern University in 1986. I lived in the old West Side neighborhood on Thomas St. from my birth until 1988 when I took a teaching position at Shawnee State University in southern Ohio. published over 20 research articles in medical geography and regional geography (main interest is the Great Plains). I've dabbled in songwriting and put out 2 CDs of folk-rock music in recent years and have had a little radio airplay on NPR stations and some stations in Europe and Australia. My current hobbies are drag racing and music. Up until a few years ago when our local rink closed, I played some amateur ice hockey and coached in youth leagues.
