April's Story
Life
Well, in a nutshell, lived in Tokyo for 6 and a half years loving the fun and perks of life in the big city. Missed mountains and the outdoors of BC so I moved home in '99 to Kelowna. Did some radio work there until I met my hubby/daddio at the Merritt Mountain Music Festival in 2000 (I should have been working, but you know...), went to Hong Kong for a trimester to do some career things before settling down in Cranbrook for mommyhood. ack to Kelowna in 2004 for a job opportunity. Then to Whitehorse for hubby's job opportunity. Then back to BC because it was a wee bit too chilly and we missed BC a lot! So...it looks like we're not moving again as we've safely passed the 6 month mark and no moving vans have shown up yet. Hooray! Now have 2 boys (one going into grade one and the other starting kindergarten this year), and some space to run,play, camp and chill int he Rocky Mountains.
