Arlene's Story
LIFE ~ after high school, I worked at Oxford Univ. Press, married Charles Malcolm Forrester, we had a son Daniel and moved to Sussex County. Mal left us and went on to two more wives and 4 other children. I met my present husband who was in the same situation. His wife left him with a two year old girl. iagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma and given 6 months to a year to live. He fought the good fight for 5 years. He died at the age of 30. The light of my life dimmed and nothing would ever be the same. I have always had a deep faith. I truly don't know how we would have gotten through that part of our lives without the Lord's strength and love.
I have been blessed with a wonderful family. My 8 grandchildren keep me going. I am a retired nurse and just take life a day at a time.
