Athina's Story
Where can one start? I guess, graduation is a good point!
After leaving Livingston, I went back to Greece for the summer only to come back in the fall to Huntsville, SHSU, to start my studies in Photography. Graduated in 1985 and went back to Greece to work in the family business. After working brutal hours for 12+ years, and spending time in Switzerland where I almost moved too, I took a break and moved to Monaco, working as a photojournalist and enjoyed the good life and sun it offered. ving to London which I did, got married ( with an American from NY/Ohio ) and now live a quiet suburban life with husband and two young kids ( Alex is three and Chloe is 16 months ), spending time with Lego bricks, garden hoes and frying pans! I also spend time on Facebook nowadays when all are asleep ( babies and husband )...:-)
The year I spend in Livingston was a tough but, good year for me. Tough, as it took me at least half the year to get used to being away from the familiar and finally feel like I was part of a new scene but, good as I met my new "mother", Ruth Bass and many other nice people and had lots of fun times!
