Barbara's Story
Life
In the last 40+ years, I have had several careers, 1 husband, 3 children, 12 grandchildren, lived in 5 states and have been having a mostly wonderful life! We are now retired and living in Bradenton, FL. (when we are not traveling or camping at Disney world!) I would love to hear from old friends (and make some new ones).
I am heartbroken to share with you that our son, David was shot and killed in an apparant robbery in Pontiac MI in July 2008. He would have been 37 on 08/08/08 and leaves behind 5 children. We miss him terribly.
Workplace

banking - ran temporary employment agency - managed a sales office for automotive supplier - administrative coordinator for CPA firm - RETIRED and loving it! and I finally have time to cook and entertain. In my spare time I design centerpieces and decorative pieces for craft shows, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, showers, holidays and personal orders and have branched out into making special greeting cards and note cards as well as some decorative painting. I am a personal Trainer at Curves in Bradenton and have been Secretary for the Lakewood Ranch-Sarasota Elks since April 2011.
