Barbara's Story

Here's a brief! After Riverside, I graduated from Alabama A. and M.,and yes, I was in the Band. Came back to Chatt. until I got married in '74 (to Willis from Birmingham)and moved to Birmingham, AL. Had 2 kids before moving to Wyoming. Yes, Wyoming! Moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado in '84,and the Denver metro area in'87. Got my Masters in Education. Been ...Expand for more
here every since. Was a Teacher until I retired early, 12/08. Have 4 grands (2 girls and 2 boys--ages 11,5,4 and 1and 1/2). Retirement not for me, so I'm working part-time to fill the time. Lost my mom in'85, my dad in '87 and my brother, Chip, in 2000. Sister, Hortense, now lives in Georgia. I'm doing well, but truly miss home and old friends. BE IN TOUCH!!!
