Bethany's Story
Life
Hm, what would you like to know?
I'm married to a fine gentleman, Paul Siciliano. Together we have three "beautiful, beautiful" boys, Geno, Lane, and Gabriel.
With my first sweetie, I have a son and daughter, as well, Alanna and Hyland. They're all great kids. Very well-mannered and good-natured.
Alanna graduated from Parkersburgh High School in May of last year, then spent the 07-08 school year in Brazil on student exchange with Rotary Club. Now she's home and in attendance at WVU majoring in international studies.
Hyland lives with us in Pittsburgh where Paul and I are caring for his Mom. He plays drumset in concert and jazz bands and takes Shao Lin kung fu, which he started while he and Alanna were living with their dad.
Geno is 4 1/2, Lane is 2, and Gabriel is brand new. They're all cute, of course.
I work as a contracted senior technical writer for DOE's National Energy Technology Laboratory. I primarily coordinate presentations for the Dir...Expand for more
ector of the facilily and manage production of NETL's annual accomplishments report. Eric Saab works here, too, on the Fed side. I don't know who else from St. Francis or MHS/UHS. Oh, Doug Horton, who went to UHS and graduated 1984ish.
I've done a good bit of community theater over the years and sung with the choir at St. John's. Paul is a sculptor who was in the process of setting up an art studio when I met him. Since then, though, we've been gradually caring for his parents' more and more, so most of our extra-curriculars have been limited to hanging with kiddos and seeing live music.
Hm, I can't really think of anything else at the moment. I thought the 1986 reunion a couple of summers ago was great, and I hope we do it again in 2011. An all-class reunion would be fun, too. I know all of us have friends in classes that come before and after. If anyone else thinks that would be a good idea, let's talk about it. I'm game to pitch in on organizing.
Bye!
