Bill's Story
Life
The U.S. Army paid me to jump out of planes from 83 to 87. Came home and worked for Hamilton Standard for a few years. Got laid off like everyone else at the end of the "Cold War". other Granby boys in the Border Patrol. There was actually three of us that worked together in Texas for a few years. None of us had met before, but knew many of the same people. We were all assigned to the 2002 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City where I ran into one of the Greenwood boys from my old neighborhood. He was competing and made the town proud. Small world. Of course I still ride motorcycles. I'm still on my '99 H-D Fatboy which I hope outlasts me.
